Leading the frontend chapter at a real-estate SaaS and marketing-automation platform, engineering a universal, event-driven web widget SDK for third-party integrations while overhauling legacy code into a standardised atomic design system.
Leading the frontend chapter at BNDL, which builds specialised real estate software and marketing automation tools, connecting property data across internal platforms, client sites, and external partners. Responsible for technical direction, prioritisation, and growing the team through regular 1:1s, code review, and pair-programming sessions.
Responsibilities
- Engineered an event-based protocol and framework for a universal web widget, enabling third-party product partners to integrate via an SDK with private, secure communication between client applications and native sites.
- Stepped into Scrum Master responsibilities to move the team from reactive task handling to structured Agile cycles, establishing clear story refinement, feature grooming, and acceptance criteria.
- Built infinite extendability into the widget ecosystem, enabling AI agents to rapidly generate sandboxed prototype apps that integrate natively into the core product environment.
- Overhauled early startup technical debt into a clean, atomic design system with standardised patterns, improving maintainability and developer velocity across the codebase.
- Elevated codebase standards through hands-on example, pair programming, and architectural code reviews.
